1General Use of the Platform and Service

1.1. Workee provides the Platform as a marketplace-like online job portal intended for any individual or legal entity that is a User of any aspect of the Platform (“User”), either: (i) a legal entity accessing the Platform to post a job or use the services provided by Workee to its Users (the “Service”) for any reason related to finding candidates for job openings (“Employer”) or (ii) an individual seeking job openings in any capacity other than as an Employer (“Candidate”).

1.2. User profiles in Workee’s search results are created by individuals over whom Workee has no control. We cannot guarantee that Users are who they claim to be. We do not confirm the accuracy or completeness of any job posting or other information submitted by any User, including the identity of such User. Workee assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any job posting or other data and/or information accessible on the Platform.

1.3. Workee does not verify, endorse, or otherwise guarantee any Candidate or Employer. Workee makes no claims regarding the qualifications of Candidates or Employers, nor does it certify any potential Candidate or Employer. In the event of a dispute between you and any Candidate or Employer, you agree to indemnify and hold Workee harmless from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected to such disputes (including legal fees and expenses).

1.4. If you are a Candidate, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any CV, information, data, images, photos, materials, or application information (“Profile”) that you upload, display, submit, or otherwise make available via the Platform is subject to this agreement. Please note that by creating a Profile through the Platform, you are requesting and authorizing Workee to make your profile available to any Employer in the selected geographic location.
• You acknowledge that Workee and Employers on the Platform rely on the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during the registration process, and you agree to complete your profile and keep it updated on the Platform, warranting that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• A job-seeking candidate may not submit their CV or other contact information to a company until the company has requested it via chat.
• Workee assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any job posting or information included in Workee’s search results.

1.5. If you are an Employer, you acknowledge and agree that:

• As a rule, your job posting will be available to other Users via the Platform for 30 days after it is posted, unless this period is extended in accordance with specific applicable terms.
• Companies with a free business account may not include mobile numbers, email addresses, or external links in their job postings or business descriptions. Nor should they encourage applicants to contact them via social media, as mentioned in the job posting or business description.
• Companies with a premium subscription are free to include contact information in their job postings and business descriptions.
• Workee may, in certain cases, use a company’s name and logo to identify it as a Workee user.
• When you respond to or contact a Candidate, you share that action with Workee.
• Workee and Candidates on the Platform rely on the accuracy of the information provided, and you agree to complete and keep each job posting updated on the Platform.
• Your use of the Platform may be suspended or terminated at any time for any reason. You must immediately stop using the Platform if you receive a notice of suspension or termination.
• Workee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if it determines you are violating this Agreement or the laws of Denmark.

2USER ACCOUNT

2.1. You must register with Workee and set up an account to access the website or the Workee app as either a Candidate or Employer. All accounts must have valid associated email addresses.

2.2. We may refuse to give you a username that impersonates someone else, is trademarked, is vulgar, or is otherwise offensive.

2.3. You may not transfer your Workee account. To protect your account, keep your account details and password confidential and secure.

2.4. If you are a Candidate, you may only create one account.

2.5. If you are an Employer, you may create separate accounts for each of your employment locations.

2.6. If your account is not used for at least 24 months, it will be deleted. To close your Workee account, please contact support@workee.co.

3PAYMENT POLICY FOR CANDIDATES

3.1. Candidates can use the Platform for free.

4PAYMENT POLICY FOR EMPLOYERS

4.1. To try Workee, employers can post one free job ad and have up to three free chats.

4.2. Employers can purchase a premium subscription to use Workee without limitations on job postings and chats.

5PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

5.1. We strive to keep the Platform operational, but all online services suffer occasional disruptions. You should address all technical inquiries to support@workee.co.

6PRIVACY POLICY

6.1. Measures taken by Workee to protect your privacy, as well as questions regarding personal data, are described in our Privacy Policy.

7DISCLAIMER

7.1. Workee disclaims any liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of information or material displayed in search results or posted on the Platform by third parties. Workee disclaims liability for any damage resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Platform or accessed through the Platform.
